Back on the runway!!! I did it again….

To recap, last summer, I was asked to be part of an amazing photo shoot as a photographer and a MODEL for SHANNONRAYNIECE. That entire African inspired collection was one of the hottest for #summer17.  So hot, we even made our way into the Fashion GXD Magazine with a 3 page spread!! This was just the beginning.  As a former model, I truly try to hide behind the lens because what I envision I love to use models who are as fearless and daring as my concepts might be!

As doors continued to open, Shannon was invited to be part of a fashion world she has not stepped into yet.  RUNWAY!! You read that right. Shannon was introduced to the Holiday RAWK Fashion Show, in Jersey City, NJ mid October and since then, she has been working diligently day and night creating some more fashion forward pieces.  This collection she called, “Dark Romance”  (you will see why soon).  While gathering some more models to walk in this show, our MUA as well as myself  joined in the festivities as back-up models. This was so unique yet amazing at the same time.  It isn’t often that a designer/stylist is able to utilize their glam squad for moments such as these.  We truly did not come to play!  Please,  have a look at it yourself.  From novice to somewhat senior models, I’d say everyone did an awesome job and pulled out all the Black Girl Magic one could ask for!!
